WHAT ARE WE GOING TO READ?

  1. Chapter about Uganda from the book “Women who dig” by Trina Moyles: “Weaving together the narratives of female farmers from across three continents, Women Who Dig offers a critical look at how women are responding to and, increasingly, rising up against, the injustices of the global food system.”
  2. Enraged: Women and Nature by Donna Andrews, Kiah Smith and M. Alejandra Morena: “Women are, and have always been, central to the creation of radical food politics that have the power to reconnect us with nature, remake social relations and prioritize intersectional justice.
  3. “Feminist agroecology for food sovereignty” by Marta Soler, Marta Rivera and Irene García Roces: “Food sovereignty, agroecology and feminism are horizons that we want to reach and that give us hope. They provide a new and critical look that help us to understand and analyse the world. They also push us into action (or so we would like them to). But what exactly are we talking about?”

You will receive the texts by email when you signed up. Looking forward to dine, read and discuss with you!!!
